A vision plan policy is not the same as health insurance. Regular health insurance protects you against financial losses due to eye injuries or disease. Vision plans, on the other hand, are a wellness benefit designed to provide routine eye care, prescription eyewear and/or contact lenses at a reduced cost. It is important to know that a visit for an eye health issue usually falls under health insurance even if you have a separate vision plan.
Because we provide both routine eye care and medical eye care, we accept a number of insurance plans to help cover the cost depending on your individual needs. Here are just some of the plans that we accept:
Ameritas, SelectHealthCare, BlueCross, Medicaid, Pacific Source, Medicare, Regence, BlueShield, TrueBlue Medicare advantage plans, among others.
Other plans will be submitted as a courtesy.
VSP-Vision Service Plan
We will submit other plans as well, so if you do not see your plan listed here, please give us a call and we would be happy to assist you. Our staff is always available to help you determine your benefits.
