Dr. Todd Slusser has been practicing in Rupert since 1994. He graduated in the top 10 in his class at The Ohio State University College of Optometry and went on to complete the Cornea and Contact Lens Residency at the University of Alabama at Birmingham School of Optometry. He is a Fellow in the American Academy of Optometry and past president of the Idaho Optometric Physicians. Patients are thankful for his attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile. He is a member of the Fellowship of Christian Optometrists and enjoys volunteering on various eye mission trips. Dr. Slusser is a member of the Rupert Kiwanis Club. He enjoys pickleball, rock climbing, and small-scale hay farming. Dr. Slusser is married and has been blessed with four great kids.
Dr. Elisabeth Lehr was born and raised in Eau Claire, WI. She completed her Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry at Westminster College in Salt Lake City, UT where she was also a member of the US Women’s Ski Jumping Team and the Westminster Women’s Lacrosse Team. She earned her Doctorate of Optometry at the Illinois College of Optometry in Chicago, IL with Summa Cum Laude honors. She went on to complete a residency at the Illinois College of Optometry specializing in ocular disease and primary care. Dr. Lehr is a Fellow of the American Academy of Optometry and a Regional Director of the Idaho Optometric Physicians. She enjoys skiing, fishing, camping, rock climbing, and spending quality time with her husband Andy and two sons Logan and Isaiah.
